System Explorer can be updated automatically or manually.

Automatic update

Unfortunatelly, our actual server can't handle automatic updates for all System Explorer users. We hope that this is only a temporary limitation. If we find some way how to distribute updates to all users this limitation will be removed.

Manual update

You can automatically receive notifications about new version. This notifications can be configured in "Advanced" tab of System Explorer Options. If you check option "Enable automatic update check", then the notification will be automatically displayed. If you want to notify only major changes, then you can check option "Notify major updates only".

Notification dialog opens System Explorer webpage with information about latest version. If you want to update to latest version, then follow installation steps described in topic Installation. There is no need to uninstall older version of System Explorer.
