i have used this network indicator for several months now with no problems whatsoever. i use windows 7 ultimate x86 and have norton internet security installed. In addition i use several standalone antivirus and antispyware scanners and never had any indication that this file or process is malicious in any way. I fully trust this program, and enjoy having the old xp style indicator in my system tray over the default windows 7 indicator. Maybe Microsoft should include this option for their users
