    i want to add that i stopped the program using system explorer (an alternative task manager). you can (but don't have to) replace the original windows task manager with it. i did this, selected the processes tab, then clicked on the dll fixer process + rightclicked on "ending process tree". this can be safely done as the process is not essential to windows functionality. furthermore i will delete this program from autostart using win patrol.

    i rate this as a threat as i notice unwanted autostart activities since several weeks now which have not been authorized by me. this takes up system resources, the dll fixer window doesn't close on click, it slows down the boot process considerably. it activates itself on autostart even if there is no dll file missing. the initial idea of the software was to find missing dll files but the actual behaviour makes it absolutely useless - it's only a complete nuisance now so i will remove it. to be clear: to me this is malware!
