  • SAFErating from user MikeOne (Variant: 18763514)

In most cases this file is digitally signed by Perion Network Ltd. (formerly IncrediMail Ltd.) - see more on http://www.incredimail.com/english/splash.aspx - the file should be part of one of their applications. Anyway the file itself seems to be safe. IncrediBar is an adware toolbar that gets installed along other software. It shows advertising within Internet Explorer and Firefox and changes the default search engine and startpage.
