    I installed Giraffic.exe and GirafficWatchDog.exe as part of the Veoh Web Player from veoh.com. I measured bandwidth, Memory and CPU usage for a period of 24 hours and it seems quite negligible - 97% of the time it used no bandwidth whatsoever, 3% of the time it did use some of my upload but only a maximum of 60kbps and always when i was not active with my computer (at night). CPU and Memory usage were low too didn't impact my pefromance in any case. I tried watching Videos on Veoh.com with and without the Giraffic Video Accelerator and noticed that when i removed the Giraffic software video streaming was slower and i got several occasions of "buffering". i then re-installed Giraffic and the buffering disappeared. Very good software. i do think though that Veoh should explain better to the user that they install this because at first i didn't know what it was.
