The "Fences" user installed application from Stardock corporation is a windows 7 desktop organizer and manager. I have experienced no process issues when running on Win7Ux64, however you may experience application "hangs"/explorer restarts on Windows Server 2008R2 (assuming you're running WS08 as a workstation).
