How to backup System Explorer configuration

Configuration of the System Explorer is stored in config.ini file. Location of the file is different for Installer/Portable version.

Installer version has the config file located in global application data directory.( "C:\ProgramData\SystemExplorer" for Vista, "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\SystemExplorer" for WinXP)

Portable version has the config file located in directory where SystemExplorer.exe is stored.
