SE won't auto start on Win7 X64

Beginning with V3.70, SE does not appear to auto-start on reboot on Windows 7 X64 (sp1 fully patched). I have been using it for the last several months on one of my PC's, upgrading along the way when you released a new version, but after v3.70 was released, SE would no longer auto start on bootup even though the option was selected in options. I uninstalled completely and reinstalled without any change to this problem. I also installed V3.71 and same problem.
I also performed a fresh install of Win 7 Pro X64 on another PC (sp1 fully patched), installed V3.70 and rebooted, still no auto start. Uninstalled V3.70 and installed V3.71, still no auto start. The program does start normally if started via the desktop icon. I tried it several times using various options and was unable to get it to autostart on either PC. -

Further testing shows that the problem occurs with Win 7 32 and 64 bit, and the problem started with the V3.62 release. V3.61 installed correctly and auto starts correctly.
V3.62, V3.70, and V3.71 all exhibit an error at the end of the install, saying that the program cannot run because it requires elevation, and these three versions do not auto start on bootup. -
We are working hard on new version 3.8 which should work without needed elevation. So, this bug should be solved. Could you please try our latest Beta version ? http://systemexplorer.net/forum2/discussion/1657/system-explorer-3.8.0-beta-3/p1
