Got a popup to update to 4.2.0 yesterday (Win 8x64). Since then, I've noticed two things:

1) Although both startup settings are unchecked (General), SE still places an icon in the taskbar and auto starts on reboot. In autoruns, I
tried unchecking both the SE entries (autostart and service), but the icon is still there. The only way to get rid of it is to delete it manually from the context menu.

2) On my taskbar, I have added an XP-style Quick Launch group over on the right, to the left of the Sys Tray. The System Explorer icon is being
added on the end of that, instead of where other apps normally go in Win 8, either over on the left with the other pinned apps, or in the Sys Tray.
I've only come across one other app that did that - and it's no longer around.

Before this update, there was no SE icon on the taskbar or in the Sys Tray, although I don't recall what happened with the last update.

I've been using System Explorer for a while and I've noticed that the longer I've been running computer without a reboot, the more physical RAM SystemExplorerService64.exe is using, causing PC to seriously slow down.
I've 12GB DDR3 installed and sometimes SystemExplorerService64.exe reaches up to 2-3 or even 4 GB RAM usage, until I close System Explorer and rerun it.
I'm almost sure that if I leave computer on for 1 week without reboot SystemExplorerService64.exe will use all free RAM until PC hangs !!!
Any Ideas ?

History missing "Net" entries!

When I open the History view in 3.8.6.4715 (and several earlier versions) it no longer captures the Net entries except when the program first starts up. I have the check box for saving to a file and I could verify this behavior going back aways. (I will put in a separate enhancement request to have the version number added to the "LOG START" line in the log...)

I found this out because I was trying to determine if a program was accessing the Internet or not, and I was surprised to see no connection entries! I went back in the log to find them, upgraded from 3.8.5 to 3.8.6 and saw the same behavior.

I have created a debug log in case you need it, and saved the relevant part of the actionHistory log as well in case you need it. Recreating is very easy, just make sure that History is set to log connections (I also have programs and events), then open vncviewer and connect to a different computer, then disconnect. History shows the vncviewer start and end, but no Net entries in between.

This is on Win 7, 64 bit, fully patched. I think the only change from standard is to save history to a file, I also opened a new tab for Network.

Please let me know if I should send the debug log to support, I'm hoping it is very easy for you to duplicate... and fix :-)
