Pretty sure its just part of RealPlayer, but it also could be part of a government conspiracy to systematically take control of every computing system connected to the internet remotely and cause worldwide panic when the application turns out to be a highly engineered computer virus; causing every computer it's installed on to be eradicated, resulting in loss of data, communications, and everything else that relies on computers to exist.
