I was getting a white screen which locked up both Windows 7 and 8 shortly after logging in. The white screen told said to ship the laptop to a company called "The Coding Source" for 'free' repair which was obviously a hoax. Was able to boot to Mini Windows XP via Hirens boot cd and remove c:/Windows/SysWOW64/wctguard.exe which fixed the white screen. Then I needed to fix all the registry values it used to block everything.
