This executable is a nested file used with the application : PopcornTime. It is safe & no threat per MalwareBytes and COMODO Security Suite. NOTE: Malware Bytes WILL flagged IPs that are accessed as PopcornTime connects to numerous users sharing the movie. I managed to get MalwareBytes to quit treating IPS as untrusted or were a THREAT to the system. Use the padlock icon to run behind a built in access to a VPN.....

It's a false positive. This .exe is used by software called "Brackets". As disappointing as it is, I haven't been capable of figuring out, how to exclude dismiss the message. Seriously annoying. By my knowledge, the exe is located somewhere under AppData (due to me using a portable version). The exe seems to be some sort of "connection" thingy that loads the extensions. Quite often, after installing a few extensions, closing and reloading, i get the message. Then it removes, and all the extensions are gone.
