this file was taking up 25% of my CPU for my hp pavilion dv7 laptop and kept making IE and chrome crash. i ended the process and seems to be working find now...

I have not figured it out yet, but on my Compact laptop CQ62-214nr (new) it it taking up 95% of my CPU making even opening an IE browser hard to do. I killed it in TM and then sys performance went way up. Am searching for answer to same question. I am just guessing on File rating and file type
