    The domain www.xingtech.com is actually unavailable, but this file seems to be a product for audio processing (check forum on http://forums.winamp.com/archive/index.php/t-31497.html ) - Xingtech should be the origin of famous AudioCatalyst application (see www.xingtech.com/mp3/audiocatalyst/).
