    DAODx.exe is part of the install package for the AMD CPU OverDrive program used on some ASUS Motherboards under WinXP (& probably Vista & Win7 as well). It is located on the Motherboard Support CD (for my M4A87TD/USB3 board) in the \\Bin\DAODx\ and \\Software\AOD\DAODx\ folders.
