    Eventhough Combofix will remove it, it indeed is part of Samsung Kies software. (At least the variant that does not trigger alarms in virus scanners.) Kies will recreate the file after removal. The DLL itself does appear to be somewhat tricky as it seems to contain code that hooks into the .Net 2.0 runtimes.
