    I wonder if this file is that safe. I unplugged my laptop from its power and the remaning power dropped from 100 to 22 and Norton gave me a warning dat file 'stacsv' was taking up 86% of my UPC, however deleting it is not possible, I was only able to work 15 minutes on the battery of my laptop!
