Where can I find version of the System Explorer for 64-bit operating system ?

Actually we have only 32-bit version of the System Explorer, but this version also works on 64-bit operating system. There are just few limitations. Almost all should be working as expected. We also preparing full 64-bit version of System Explorer and will let you know when will be ready.

Virus detected in System Explorer! What should I do?

Cool down. This is probably (99.9%) false positive of your Antivirus software. In long history of System Explorer, all virus detection were false positive. You should test the System Explorer files via VirusTotal.com service. If major antiviruses mark files as Virus, contact us via support. If major antiviruses mark files as Clean, send False Positive Report to your Antivirus Support.

Can be System Explorer used as Task Manager Replacement?

Yes. You can enable Task Manger replacement in menu "Options>Replace Task Manager".

Version 2.6.3 supports this feature on all operating systems.

What is difference between Installer and Portable version?

The application is same but the Installer version register System Explorer to Start Menu, Uninstallers and prepare directory for storing System Explorer data. Portable version don't proceed any registration and datas are stored in binary directory.

How to start System Explorer minimized (in tray) ?

Start SystemExplorer.exe with parameter "/tray".

Who develop System Explorer?

Our team actually contains one developer and one administrator of file database. We live in Czech Republic and this is our "free time" project.
